I can see alot of people being concerned about the game because it kinda questions ethical and moral values, glorifying a bad guy and turning carnage into fun. I would never go out into my car and drive all over pedestrians, destroy houses and create complete havoc, but these games allow me to do this, as Danny says: "from the comfort of our own living-room". I know this is fiction, and that is why I can laugh as I plow through a police barrage with my car on fire.
"Breaking Bad", the tv-series, also shows a more gradient view on crime and being the bad guy. It's not only black and white. Yes, Walter White is doing bad things, but does it make him a bad guy? Why does he do these bad things? For his family. I'm not saying that "ok, he's killed some guys and he's been selling meth, but he is doing it for his family - we'll let him go:he is allowed to do this". This series has turned me to root for Walter although he is the bad guy.
Haha, hope this makes sense.
And oh; I really hope they bring back the "Jesus Bus" from GTA. I don't know the name of it, but it was a big, slow bus that just keeps accelerating forever!!!
