Xbox One/PS4/PC RPG Witcher 3 Gets Gorgeous New Screenshots

Polish developer CD Projekt Red has released a new batch of gorgeous screenshots for upcoming role-playing game, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Check out the gallery below to see all four images.

The images show off the game's "relatively handsome" hero, Geralt of Rivia, in a variety of snowy settings. In one image, Geralt is fighting a pack of wolves, and in another, he's taking on a fierce-looking gryffin.

Yet another image gives us as a look at how massive the game world in The Witcher 3 will be. CD Projekt Red said previously that The Witcher 3 is 35 times the size of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings and about 20 percent larger than The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The Witcher 3 was originally pegged to launch this fall, but in March was delayed to 2015. The game is now scheduled to debut in February 2015 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. For more on the title, be sure to check out GameSpot's previous coverage.
